By using this website or by engaging Premier Nacogdoches Insulation to perform any insulation or related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use this website or engage our services. These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and anyone else who accesses our website or requests services from us.
Premier Nacogdoches Insulation is a local insulation contractor serving Nacogdoches, TX and surrounding communities. Our services include, but are not limited to, spray foam insulation, attic insulation, blown-in insulation, crawl space insulation, wall insulation, air sealing, vapor barrier installation, insulation removal, and related services for residential and commercial properties.
All services are subject to an on-site assessment prior to work beginning. We reserve the right to decline a project at our discretion if, for example, conditions on-site are unsafe, the scope of work falls outside our capabilities, or a prior commitment prevents us from taking on additional work in a given timeframe.
All estimates provided by Premier Nacogdoches Insulation are based on information gathered during an on-site assessment. Written estimates reflect the scope of work as understood at the time of the estimate. Prices are subject to change if additional work is discovered during the project that was not visible or known at the time of the initial estimate - for example, pre-existing moisture damage, structural issues, or materials that need to be removed before new insulation can be installed.
We will notify you of any changes to scope or cost before performing additional work beyond the original estimate. Verbal quotes are estimates only and are not binding. A signed written proposal or agreement constitutes the binding agreement between you and Premier Nacogdoches Insulation.
Prices may vary based on material costs, project size, site conditions, and the time required to complete the work. We make no guarantee that a quote from a previous project or a general estimate you received over the phone reflects the final price for a new project.
Appointments are scheduled based on crew availability. We will communicate an estimated start date and time in advance. If we need to reschedule due to weather, equipment issues, or other circumstances beyond our control, we will notify you as soon as possible and work with you to find a new date.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a scheduled appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice may result in a fee to cover crew scheduling and material preparation costs, as outlined in your written agreement.
We reserve the right to suspend or cancel a project if site conditions are unsafe for our crew, if access to the work area is not available at the scheduled time, or if a customer is in default of payment terms.
Payment terms will be specified in your written estimate or project agreement. In general, payment is due upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing. For larger projects, we may require a deposit before scheduling the work, with the remainder due upon completion.
Accepted payment methods will be communicated to you before work begins. Invoices not paid within the terms specified are subject to a late payment fee. Premier Nacogdoches Insulation reserves the right to pursue collection of unpaid balances, including through legal action if necessary, and you agree to pay all reasonable collection costs, including attorney fees, if applicable.
All prices are in U.S. dollars. Sales tax will be applied where required by law.

Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in project delays, additional charges, or cancellation of the project at our discretion.
Premier Nacogdoches Insulation warrants that our work will be completed in a workmanlike manner using materials and methods appropriate for the type of project. Any specific warranty terms applicable to your project will be stated in your written agreement.
We make no warranty, express or implied, beyond what is stated in your written agreement. In particular, we do not warrant that insulation work will eliminate all moisture problems, prevent all pest activity, or achieve any specific level of energy savings, as these outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including the condition of the structure, the behavior of its occupants, and weather conditions.
Materials installed by Premier Nacogdoches Insulation may carry separate manufacturer warranties. We will provide documentation of applicable manufacturer warranties at the time of project completion.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Premier Nacogdoches Insulation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of this website or the services we provide, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to a specific project shall not exceed the total amount you paid us for that project. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these terms that is not subject to arbitration shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Nacogdoches, Texas.
We reserve the right to update or change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page with a revised effective date.
